Spay Neuter Vets initially built its reputation through focused, high-quality spay and neuter surgery, and that work continues to reflect the discipline, efficiency, and consistency that define who we are. Our background in shelter medicine and our experience working closely with community partners continue to shape how we care for patients and support the people making decisions for them.

We are a dedicated outpatient surgical clinic for dogs and cats in Alpharetta
Spay Neuter Vets provides focused outpatient surgical care for dogs and cats. Spay and neuter remains a core part of what we do, and our scope also includes a defined set of additional soft tissue procedures such as pyometras surgery, cryptorchid neuters, hernia repairs, tail amputations, gastropexies, cherry eye repairs, entropion repairs, detached dewclaw removals, and episioplasties. We are not a full-service hospital or emergency clinic, so pets should continue to have a relationship with a primary veterinarian for wellness care, ongoing medical needs, and urgent problems outside our surgical scope.
When surgery is the next step, our role is to provide focused care, clear communication, and a process that helps pet owners feel informed and supported. We work alongside primary veterinarians, rescue partners, and families to help determine whether Spay Neuter Vets is the right place for a pet’s procedure and recovery plan.
